This Master Plan report constitutes the winning entry for the Neighbourhood IIII Design Competition, to design a sustainable co-housing community for between 30 and 50 residences, as well as a central Common House and associated community buildings.

Conceived as the fourth neighbourhood to be built at the EcoVillage at Ithaca (EVI) in New York, the designs presented in the pdf
